The free plan includes 100 API credits per month and a rate limit of 5 requests per minute. It's designed for evaluation and non-commercial use, with some data fields limited to sample values.
You can use it as long as you need to evaluate our APIs. When you're ready for production use with full data access, upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
How do I get an API key?
Sign up for a free account, verify your email, and your API key appears instantly in your dashboard. You can start making calls to all 300+ APIs immediately — one key works everywhere.
How does APIVerve use my data?
We only process the data needed to serve your request and never store API request data longer than required for processing. We comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations.
What is your uptime guarantee?
APIVerve runs on Google Cloud with a 99.9% uptime SLA. Our redundant, auto-scaling architecture keeps availability high across regions. Track real-time status at status.apiverve.com.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard whenever you like. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated based on your usage and remaining billing period.
How do I know my plan usage?
Your dashboard shows real-time usage — calls made, credits consumed, and remaining quota. You'll also get email notifications as you approach your limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely — no cancellation fees. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged for the next cycle.
Where can I find my invoices?
All invoices live in the Billing section of your dashboard. Download PDF copies, view payment history, and update billing information any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal, plus bank transfers for enterprise customers. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you provide technical support?
Every plan includes documentation, community support, and email support. Paid plans get priority email support with faster response times; enterprise customers get dedicated channels and an account manager.
What happens when I go over my monthly credit limit?
Once you exceed your monthly credits, requests receive a 429 response. Purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan to resume service immediately.
What is a credit?
A credit represents one API request. Most simple requests use 1 credit; more complex operations may use 2–5 credits. Each API's credit cost is shown on its marketplace page.
Do you offer enterprise or custom plans?
Yes. For high-volume or specialized needs we offer custom enterprise plans with dedicated support, higher rate limits, custom SLAs, and volume pricing. Contact our team to discuss.
